1. Eligibility for Returns

Your order is incomplete or missing items.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Products reported after the 24-hour claim period unless otherwise approved by our support team.

3. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

Please do not use the product.
Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Share photographs or videos clearly showing the damage.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been made.
A replacement product cannot be provided.
Apple Melamine approves the refund request after reviewing the claim.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

An incorrect item was delivered.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement items will be dispatched after the returned product has been verified, where required.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective products), Apple Melamine will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
If a return request is approved for reasons other than our error, any shipping charges incurred may be the responsibility of the customer.
