1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 320 is charged on all orders across Pakistan.
Shipping charges are applied at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of any delay, our support team will inform you accordingly.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days.
Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you may receive shipment details through your provided contact information.
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan where available through our courier partners.

For certain orders or locations, we may request advance payment or partial payment before dispatch.

7. Failed Deliveries

If:

An incorrect address is provided.
The recipient is unavailable after delivery attempts.
The order is refused at the time of delivery.

The order may be cancelled, and any additional shipping charges for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
